Well, I am 18. I am applying for Google ad-sense because i made YouTube videos and ad-sense will pay me i just have to submit the form and i have a little problem. I haven't submit the form because it telling me to choose.

Select appropriate choice for federal tax classification:

Individual/Sole Proprietor
C Corporation
S Corporation
Partnership
Trust/Estate
Other.

The problem is that i dont have a job and i don;t know which to choose.

It also said this.

Under penalties of perjury, I certify that: 1. The number shown on this form is my correct taxpayer identification number, and
2. I am not subject to backup withholding because: (a) I am exempt from backup withholding, or (b) I have not been notified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) that I am subject to backup withholding as a result of a failure to report all interest or dividends, or (c) the IRS has notified me that I am no longer subject to backup withholding, and
3. I am a U.S. person (including a U.S. resident alien).
Check here if you have been notified by the IRS that you are currently subject to backup withholding because you have failed to report all interest and dividends on your tax return.

If you choose the above option, Google is required to withhold 28% of your earnings to be paid to the IRS.
Signature of U.S. person

(By typing your name in the box above, you are providing your signature to verify that the information is correct).
The date and time of submission and your computer's IP address will be recorded when you click Submit.

Please help me on this. Thank you.

If you are a living person, then you should choose "Individual/Sole Proprietor". This is the only choose for a living person.

"Estate" is for the assets of a dead person.

"C Corporation", "S Corporation", and "Partnership" are for business.

Individual sole proprietor self employed taxpayer using your own SSN for your taxpayer ID number and your name for your business name is fine at this time in your life and the backup withholding amounts could be used as your quarterly estimated tax payment that you would owe on your NET profit amounts from your schedule C and the SE of your 1040 income tax return during the 2013 tax filing season for this purpose and time in your life.
And IF the withheld amounts would be MORE than your federal tax liabilty is during the 2013 tax filing season then at that point in time you might be able to qualify for a REFUND of some are alll of the withheld taxes that you would use as a credit on your correctly completed 1040 income tax return for this purpose and time in your life.

You obviously are not a corporation or a trust. So guess you are an individual. You should have figured that.
